Veg Cheese Sandwich
Bread is kids special breakfast rather than having idly and dosa . So to make it healthy and fat rich we can have veggies loaded and cheese also added sandwich to have them which will give them all the necessary nutrients which we wants to give them also they are happy too.
Let's start preparing Veg Cheese Sandwich and homemade sauce...
INGREDIENTS FOR VEG CHEESE SANDWICH
Sandwich Bread - 4 pieces
butter - 1/2 cup
Salt - As required
Boiled potato - 1 no
chopped onion- 1 no
chopped carrot - 1 no
coriander leaves - few
cheese slices - 2 no
water - as required
pepper - 1 tbsp
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a pan add butter and onion,once it is soft add carrot (also other vegetables can be added as per your taste) and add little water and salt. once all veggies are cooked add boiled potato mash it so that it will mix well with the vegetables.Keep it aside.

Take the bread slices,arrange the cooked veggies and than place the cheese slices and cover with other bread slice.
In a tawa , add butter and toast the sandwich both the sides.
Sandwich is ready to serve.
Hot Sandwich is ready.
INGREDIENTS FOR SAUCE
Onion - 1 small piece
Tomato - 6 Nos
Garlic - 2 no
cinnamon - small pieces
cloves - 2 nos
Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
sugar - 5 tbsp
vinegar - 2 tbsp
Salt as per taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a sauce pan add the chopped tomato ,onion,garlic ,cinnamon and cloves.Let it get soft and cooked very well.
Cool it down and grind it to fine paste.Sieve the paste so that we get a thin paste.
Now in a sauce pan again heat it up add vinegar,chilli powder ,salt and sugar.
Cook it till we get a thick sauce consistency.

Crunchy Sandwich is ready with homemade sauce ,Serve hot...
