Square Paneer Pakora
Pakora's are everyone favourite. Pakora, also called pakoda, pakodi, fakkura, bhajiya, bhajji, bhaji or ponako, is a fried snack, originating from the Indian subcontinent. It is a popular snack across the Indian subcontinent, where it is served in restaurants and sold by street vendors. When we make it with homemade paneer it will be more healthy for kids and kids will love it.

How to make homemade paneer
Ingredients:
lemon - big size
milk - 1 litre
Instructions:
First boil the milk in a vessel.Once the milk is boiled squeeze the lemon juice and switch off the stove. In 5 minutes the milk get separated.
2. In another vessel place a neat cloth and filter the separated milk and remove the excess water.
3. Add fresh water to the filtered paneer and rinse it again. So that the lemon smell will goes off.
4. Filter all the remaining water and place a heavy mortar on the filtered paneer and keep it aside for 1 hr.
5.Homemade fresh paneer is ready to prepare pakora.

INGREDIENTS FOR PANEER PAKORA
For paneer marination
Paneer -cut in square shape
chilli powder - 1/2 tbsp
pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
chat masala - 1/4 tsp
salt - for taste
lemon juice - 1 tsp
For flour mix
Gram flour - 1/2 cup
chilli powder - 1/2 tbsp
pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
salt - for taste
water - As required
rice flour or dosa batter - 1 tbsp
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a plate take square shaped paneer add salt,turmeric powder and chilli powder,chat masala , squeeze lemon and marinate it for 15 mins.
In a bowl add the gram flour ,chilli powder,turmeric powder,pepper powder,salt and dosa batter.Mix it well and add very little water.Add more water till it becomes a fine thick paste.
Add the marinated paneer in the paste and deep fry it in oil.
Square paneer pakora is ready.

Hot and yummy paneer pakora is ready to serve.
