Nentaram Pazham Bajji

Bajji is very famous in south india. In that pazham bajji is a special snacks and we also love to have this delicious bajji.So let's make pazha bajji today...


  • Nentaram Pazham - 2 nos

  • Maida - 1/2 cup

  • sugar - 5 tbsp

  • rice powder - 2 tbsp

  • baking soda - 1/2 tbsp

  • water as required

  • oil for deep frying


  • In a bowl add maida,sugar,rice powder and baking soda.Mix it well and add water.Make it dosa batter like consistency.

  • Keep it aside for 5 mins.

  • Cut pazham in a desired shape.

  • Keep oil in stove for frying.Dip the pazham in the batter and pour it in a oil and deep fry it.The oil should be in medium heat.Tasty and delicious pazham bajji is ready to serve.
