Mini Wheat Biscuits

Biscuits are liked by all age groups.So thought of making kid friendly biscuits and making it healthy too.As in lockdown kids are getting hunger every 15 mins break🤣..so let's keep this biscuits handy to help us serve them.

Let's start preparing Mini Wheat biscuits...


INGREDIENTS FOR MINI WHEAT BISCUITS


  • Wheat Flour - 1 cup

  • Naatu sarkarai - 1/2 cup

  • Butter or ghee - 2 tbsp

  • Omam - 1 tbsp

  • salt - A pinch


INSTRUCTIONS:


  • In a bowl add wheat flour,naatu sarkarai , ghee,salt and omam.



  • Mix it well and add little water to form a soft dough.



  • Make a thick chapati base on a butter paper and cut it into small square shape biscuits as shown in the image.


  • In a low to medium flame fry the square biscuits.

  • Crunchy biscuits are ready.
