Millet Atta Noddles

Noddles, the word itself make everyone to have it.But nowadays it is becoming so instant that it is not considered to be healthy for everyone.Still we all crave for it.So to make it eatable we can change it to healthier , nutritious and consume it occasionally.


Here I have used millet atta noodles as I want to give healthy food to my kids yet in their own style of eating...



Some ways of making your noodles healthy include using nutritious ingredients, preparing your dishes in a healthier manner, and decreasing your portion size.


Come lets start preparing noodles...


INGREDIENTS FOR MILLET ATTA NODDLES


  • Millet atta noddles - 1 pack

  • oil - 2 tbsp

  • Onion - medium

  • garlic - 5 cloves

  • Carrot- 1/2 cup

  • Capsicum- 1/2 cup

  • Oregano - 1 tbsp

  • tomato sauce - 1/4 cup

  • chilli sauce - 1 tbsp or chilli powder - 1/2 tbsp

  • pepper - 1 tbsp

  • vinegar - 1 tbsp

  • salt - As per taste

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. In a vessel add water, salt , a little oil and bring it to boil.Once water is hot add the noodles and cook it well.

  2. Once done , drain the water and add cool water to the cooked noddles so that it is non sticky.Drain it , keep it aside and let it cool down.

  3. In a pan add oil add chopped garlic,onion once colour changes add all the vegetables and saute it add salt and again saute till they become soft and cooked.

  4. Add the cooked noddles to the pan and mix it well.Add oregano , pepper , vinegar, tomato sauce , chilli sauce, mix everything well and cook it till the raw smell goes off.

  5. Hot noddles is ready to serve.
