Keto Naan with Dal Makkhini

Naan is a traditional flat bread from north India, This dough has ingredients like yogurt and egg that help keep it soft and fluffy. To make it keto friendly we are trying to make keto naan using keto atta.

Charoli seeds are tiny almond-flavoured dried seeds of a bush called Buchanania lanzan, which is cultivated across India, primarily in the northwest. After the hard shell is cracked, the stubby seed within is as soft as a pine nut.
INGREDIENTS FOR KETO NAAN
keto atta - 4 tbsp
Salt - 1 pinch
ghee - 1 tsp
hung curd - 1 tbsp
In a bowl add keto atta , hung curd , ghee and hung curd.
Give it a nice blend and make a dough.
keep it aside for 10 mins or so.
After 10 to 15 mins roll it to a naan form with a chapati roller.
we can use a parchment paper to make a naan so that it won't stick to the roller.
In a tawa apply ghee and place the naan and cook it , flip to other side and apply ghee.Once both side is cooked.
Your keto Naan is ready.
Keto Naan is very ease to prepare and tastes delicious.
INGREDIENTS FOR MAKKHINI
Chironji Seeds - 1/2 cup
onion - small
tomato - small
ginger garlic paste
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tbsp
Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Coriander Powder -2 tbsp
Gram masala - 1/4 tsp
Cinnamon - small piece
curry leaves - few
cumin seeds - 1 tbsp
fresh coriander leaves - few
butter - 2 tbsp
Grated cheese - 1/4 cup
In a pressure pan add the chironji seeds ,salt, cinnamon and water .Cook for 9 to 10 whistle till it cooked nicely.
In a pan add butter ,once the butter melts add cumin seeds , curry leaves , onion .Saute till it becomes translucent.
Add ginger garlic paste saute it till raw smell goes off.Add tomato and saute it.
Add all the masalas and cook it for sometime.
Add the cooked chironji seeds and water as required.Once the gravy is cooked.
Garnish with coriander leaves.Also add grated cheese for more taste.
Keto Naan and dal Makkhini is ready.
