Keto Coconut Laddoo

Sweet is everyone's favourite and when we are on diet the craving for sweet increases.For limiting that craving in keto diet we got an alternative.

Let's prepare keto coconut laddoo...


  • Fresh grated coconut - 1 cup

  • Stevia - 1 cup

  • cardamom powder - 1 spoon

  • cashew - few

  • ghee - As required


  1. In a pan add ghee and freshly grated coconut once the coconut moisture is gone add powdered stevia and cardamom powder.

  2. Saute till the stevia is mixed well with the mixture add more ghee and switch off the stove.

  3. Make a laddoo when the mixture is hot and garnish with cashews on the top.

  4. Once the laddoo are cool its ready to eat.
