Glossy Chocolate Gaze Coconut Wheat Cake

Birthdays are always special but when it comes to our loved ones, it is even special. My young hero's birthday falls in July so prepared this special cake for him to surprise and made him feel special on his birthday.


Let's start preparing Glossy Chocolate Gaze Coconut Wheat Cake...



INGREDIENTS FOR GLOSSY CHOCOLATE GAZE COCONUT WHEAT CAKE

  • Coconut - 1 cup

  • Milk - 1.5 cup

  • Butter - 100 grams

  • Nattu sarkarai - 1.5 cup

  • Vanilla syrup - 1 tbsp

  • Egg - 2 nos

  • Maida and wheat flour - each 1 cup(total 2 cups)

  • Baking powder - 2 tbsp

  • Salt - 1/2 tsp


INSTRUCTIONS

  • In a bowl add butter add vanilla essence and naatu sarkarai. Mix it well.

  • Add the sieved flour, baking powder, and salt.mix it well.

  • Add the milk and mix the batter gently. Don't add much pressure. Finally, add the coconut and mix it.


  • Pour the batter in the cake pan and tap it.

  • Preheat the air fryer to 180-degree celsius for 4 mins.

  • Bake the cake in 180 degrees Celsius for 1 hr.

  • The cake is ready. Once done cool the cake and take it out from the mold.

  • For making Chocolate gaze add 100 gms butter,1/2 cup sugar,1/4 cup cocoa powder, and 1/2 cup hot thick cream. Blend it well so that we can pour the melted chocolate over the cake.


  • Pour the melted white and black chocolate over the cake to have glossy look.
