Chocolate Ganache Wheat Cake

Making a cake becomes normal nowadays. To make a difference in cake let make a chocolate ganache and pour it to the wheat cake. It becomes extra tasty and yummy too.

Let's start preparing chocolate Ganache wheat cake...


  • Wheat flour - 1 cup(2 tbsp less)

  • corn flour - 2 tbsp

  • sugar - 1 cup

  • vanilla essence - 1 tsp

  • oil - 3 tbsp

  • milk - 4 tbsp

  • egg - 3 nos

  • baking powder - 1 tsp

  • baking soda - 1/2 tsp

  • Cocoa powder - 1/4 cup

  • Butter - 100 grams

  • Sugar - 1/2 cup

  • Thick cream - 1/2 cup


  • In a bowl add 1 cup wheat flour. Take out 2 tbsp wheat flour and add 2 tbsp cornflour. Add 1 tbsp baking powder,1/2 tbsp baking soda. Sieve it 4 to 5 times nicely.

  • In another bowl add 3 egg yolks,3 tbsp sugar,1/4 tbsp salt,4tbsp milk,3tbsp oil, and 2tbsp vanilla essence. Blend it well.

  • Now add the wheat flour little by little and mix well.

  • In a clean dry vessel add 3 egg white, add 2 tbsp lemon juice beat it well, and add 1/4 cup sugar. Beat it till becomes a spongy form.

  • Now add this egg white mixture to the wheat base in 3 batches and mix it lightly so that it forms a nice texture.

  • Transfer the base to a mould and tap it.

  • Preheat the air fryer to 180-degree celsius for 4 mins.

  • Place the mould and bake it for 45 mins.

  • Once done cool the cake and take it out from the mould.

  • For making Chocolate ganache add 100 gms butter,1/2 cup sugar,1/4 cup cocoa powder, and 1/2 cup hot thick cream. Blend it well so that we can pour the ganache over the cake.

  • Just sprinkle the powdered sugar and sugar crushed almonds for extra texture.

  • The soft chocolate ganache wheat cake is ready.
